We have tried to make the website as easy and user friendly as possible.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.

Express delivery and processing is an additional 15% of the order total.

Express means a quicker production time slot for making your item by the team AND an expediated delivery service.

Please note that once the goods have left us and been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in transit.  Although we will do our very best to help track and locate the items.

If you have a specific date you need the order for that is before the stated standard delivery timescale then please message us to see if an express delivery is possible.

Reworks

Please be sure to measure yourself and check them against the measurements on each listing. All reworks are unique.

Please note there will be a 10% restock fee to cover admin on any returned Reworks

All orders are custom made for each individual client. This means you design and select from our options the exact pieces that you want and need. We do have a few pieces that we use as samples in stock, so if you are in a rush please drop us a line hello@curiouscoco.co.uk

We can definitely look at any request, sometimes it is possible for an additional surcharge, other times it is possible but the amount of surcharge we would have to charge makes it unviable. Other times it is just not possible!! But if you don’t ask you don’t know  drop us a message via the contact form.

All pieces are made to order by our team at our studio in Birmingham, England, UK

Production times are listed on each item on the website and can vary from 2-6 weeks. If we have stocks of fabrics and trimmings then we are able to make things sooner and nearer the 2 week mark, if we are out of stock or waiting on stock fabrics deliveries for a particular item then we need to order and wait and therefore deliver would be longer.

We will dispatch the items you order together when all the items are completed.

We send all items out tracked and signed for either via a courier service or Royal Mail

Yes, sometimes we are at events.  Please check our EVENTS page and social media accounts for our latest adventures in the real world

We are unable to exchange or refund any custom made order, other than if the item is faulty.

If the item is deemed faulty we will do our best to rectify any issues and create a replacement garment.

All orders are custom made, please be sure you have double checked that the info you have given is correct i.e colour, design details, measurements/size requirement, address, name.

All orders will require you to tick a box (on the website) or sign to say that what you have ordered is correct and that you agree to the terms and conditions.

As requested above please be sure of what you have ordered, any requests for changes to orders can only be accepted up to 24 hours after placing an order. After this your fabric will have been cut out and production underway for your custom made order.
